What you will be doing

As Inventory & Operations Coordinator you play an important role to support the team in inventory coordination, managing production of subscription boxes, executing on-time delivery and acting as the day-to-day key contact point to our Warehousing and Distribution partners.

We are looking for someone who is an execution machine, very data and spreadsheets native, very structured and proactive, never misses a deadline and has a very good overview. You will be working with stakeholders and contributors from all parts of the business to ensure that we produce and deliver amazing beauty boxes on time every day of every month with the goal of delivering happy moments to all of our Goodiebox members.

The position is based from 01.09.2025.

Who you will work with

You will refer to the Head of Strategic Planning & Data Development and will work side by side with Customer Service, Finance, Sourcing and Growth teams.

What your day and responsibilities look like

• Manage external warehouse to ensure boxes are produced and shipped on time; ~20 travel days per year are expected

• Manage the inventory to ensure a high level of accuracy and low obsolescence.

• Coordinate between our sourcing team, suppliers and warehouse on incoming inbound deliveries to ensure goods are received on time for production according to SLA.

• Monitor and report on inventory, production and final customer deliveries against agreed performance levels from SLA and KPIs.

• Main contact person towards customer service

• Order management to ensure orders are uploaded correctly through our systems with the support of our Tech team

What you will bring to the role

• Knowledge within Supply Chain Management and Warehousing

• Distribution, Last-mile carrier or delivery to consumer experience is an advantage

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• An analytical mind and desire to dive into data

• A seasoned and strong ability to solve problems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is preferred, but not required)

• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Must be driven, targeted, have sense to urgency and are passionate about the brand
