About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Assistant to help us keep our finances sharp as we grow. You’ll play a key role in our daily operations - making sure our books are accurate, handling communication with customers and suppliers, and supporting payroll and reporting.
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone currently studying accounting or with relevant experience in the field. You’ll work directly with our Head of Finance and be part of a small finance team of two, ensuring close collaboration and strong support in your daily tasks. You’re someone who enjoys structure, values precision, and thrives when everything runs smoothly. Your Main Tasks Will Include
Issuing invoices on a daily and monthly basis
Paying supplier invoices
Keeping our bookkeeping up to date
Responding to customer and supplier inquiries related to invoices and payments
Supporting payroll preparations
Handling ad hoc accounting tasks and manual processes
