Adversus is a fast-scaling SaaS company based in the heart of Aarhus. Our platform – a leading outbound dialer – is used by clients in 33 countries to automate and optimize sales workflows. Over the years, our platform has evolved to offer a wide range of features that streamline sales processes and support various workflows. We’re growing rapidly, expanding across Europe and beyond, and we’re currently expanding our Account Executive team to match that growth.
This is your opportunity to join early, take ownership, and be a driving force behind our expansion, with full support from an experienced team and a pipeline you help shape.
As an AE, you will own the entire sales cycle – from outreach to contract signature. You’ll be backed by our in-house, 15-agent-strong BDR team, who will feed you high-quality meetings. But you’ll also be building and chasing your own deals, utilizing your magnificent ability to connect with people on the phone, through other channels, and face-to-face.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, BDRs, and product specialists, where you can impact our sales flows and optimize our outreach – but when it comes to the pitch and the close, the floor is all yours.
• Book and run your own meetings with prospects
• Handle qualified meetings from our in-house BDR team
• Drive opportunities from first outreach to signed deal, with full ownership
• Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine our approach and find new, creative, and effective ways to get in touch with the right prospects
• Be a key part of shaping the AE team culture, process, and structure
• Stay on top of the pipeline, consistently hitting and exceeding targets
Some say you can’t have it all, but we’ll give it a try. In the best of all worlds, we are looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B SDR, or AE roles
• Proven ability to own and drive the entire sales process from outreach to close
• Strong negotiation skills – both over the phone and face-to-face
• Competitive by nature, but still a team player – you want to win, and you want others to win too
• Fluent in English (Danish not required)
• Experience with Salesforce., cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, etc., is a huge plus
