Customer & Operations Support Agent
We are looking for a full-time Customer & Operations Support Agent to join our team in Copenhagen to bring exactly that happiness to our wonderful members. As Customer & Operations Support, you will help us bring the best member experience by being in contact with our members, help to solve their issue at the core and improve our processes within Goodiebox.
From identifying technical issues to defining new improvements, you’ll be involved at every step – and your work will directly influence both our members and our ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communication with our members through social media, email, and chat.
- Answer member questions regarding member accounts, order details, cancellations, products and general Goodiebox inquiries.
- Be proactive in member communication to provide the best service needed.
- Daily contact with our warehouse about mistakes and make sure these will be fixed.
- Support operations with data analysis; analyse parcel delivery data and coordinate with warehouse and carriers.
- Analytical mindset to flag recurring issues and identify proactive and reactive solutions.
- Daily contact with our technical team about technical issues/improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall member experience and to solve day to day issues.
- Assist in reporting in collaboration with the Member Experience Specialist.
- Assist in the development of new and creative initiatives to better build member relationships.
Requirements
- You live in Copenhagen or close by.
- You are fluent in English. Speaking Danish, German or Swedish is an advantage.
- You have completed a Bachelor degree or similar.
- You maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward our members.
- Proactive, detail- and result oriented.
- Extraordinary understanding for creating “wow” for our members.
- A deeply rooted desire to provide the world's best customer service and improve our processes.
- Good experience with customer service, but ready to be challenged on everything you have learned before.
- Lots of energy and drive - even in busy periods.
- Good adaptability and ready to acquire new knowledge.
