You’ll take ownership of some of Attensi’s most high-potential, globally recognized clients and turn strategic relationships into lasting commercial success.
As one of the founding members of the Norway Account Management team, you’ll help build what others will follow. Define the playbook. Shape the culture. Set the bar for those who come next.
We’re looking for someone who thinks like an owner, acts like an operator, and deliver like a partner.
Take full ownership of strategic enterprise accounts, building and maintaining senior relationships
Lead consultative, business-critical conversations that drive client transformation
Identify and execute on commercial opportunities — expansion, cross-sell, and new use cases
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align strategy and execution
Represent Attensi in the market — with clients, at industry events, and in high-stakes engagements
Help shape the commercial culture in Norway — bringing insight, energy, and ideas that raise the bar
You’re a high-performing commercial professional who thrives on challenge, ownership, and partnership. You know what it takes to grow strategic accounts and deliver results in complex, global environments.
You likely bring:
6+ years in enterprise account management, consulting, or B2B sales
A proven track record of growing large, strategic accounts and delivering commercial impact
Strong consultative skills — listening, advising, problem-solving, co-creating
Confidence working with C-level stakeholders and navigating complex organizations
A sharp understanding of how learning and behavior change drive business performance
Experience in L&D, SaaS, digital transformation, or professional services is a plus — but mindset and capability matter more
