What you’ll be doing
At Attensi, our mission is to empower people to master new skills and behaviors through game-changing simulation training. We create real-world impact — and we want you to help shape the experience.

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Oslo-based tech and product teams. You’ll collaborate with a skilled, multidisciplinary group to define how our products look, feel, and function — with influence across user interactions, features, and design strategy.

You’ll be part of an agile, fast-moving environment with a flat structure and a strong design voice. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across the full product lifecycle — from concept to final feature.

Specifically, you will:

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and gamified applications

• Analyze and improve user flows and interaction designs

• Create low- and high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas clearly across teams

• Ensure a consistent and compelling visual identity across all touchpoints

• Collaborate closely in an agile team to plan, develop, and deliver impactful features

• Leverage user insights to craft effective and engaging designs across digital platforms

Who are you?
You’re an experienced UX/UI designer with a solid track record of crafting intuitive, user-centered solutions. You’ve worked closely with product and tech teams, and you’re comfortable owning the design process from idea to execution.

You think in systems, sweat the details, and stay focused on creating real user value. You collaborate well, move fast, and bring both initiative and structure to your work.

Ideally, you bring:

• Proven experience designing intuitive, high-quality user experiences across web, mobile, or desktop platforms

• Strong skills in Figma and relevant tools from the Adobe suite (or equivalents)

• A solid grasp of visual design, interaction patterns, and usability best practices

• Experience turning complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly features

• Bonus: an interest in gamification, behavioral design — or a love for games in general

Most importantly, you take ownership, show initiative, and care deeply about delivering real impact.
