The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, hands-on individual with a strong interest in operations, IoT devices, and quality assurance (QA). You're technically inclined, have a knack for troubleshooting, and enjoy practical, hands-on work. Your attention to detail and structured approach ensure tasks are performed diligently and timely. You thrive in an environment where your work directly contributes to product quality and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Operations Engineer, you will

  • Assist with first-level support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware-related issues.

  • Perform detailed quality assurance (QA) procedures, systematically documenting results.

  • Regularly review and interpret technical datasheets to support product testing and operations.

  • Document processes, test results, and operational procedures thoroughly and consistently.


Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience or interest in operational roles and technical support.

  • Previous experience or interest in QA processes, particularly related to hardware.

  • Knowledge of IoT concepts, devices, sensors, and microcontrollers.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Structured approach to tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.

  • Residing within commuting distance of our Copenhagen office—no remote, no relocation.


Good to Have 

  • Basic proficiency or interest in Python scripting for automating operational tasks.

  • Previous experience or interest in providing technical support, handling tickets, and engaging directly with end-users.
