We are preparing to promote our workshop services and are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented LinkedIn Growth & Communication Intern to join our team for three months, leading our presence on LinkedIn with a focus on Scandinavia as our primary target market. We have a strong branding and we would like to get creative!


 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take the lead on our LinkedIn presence, working closely with the founders to:

  • Design a LinkedIn Strategy: Develop and implement a content and growth strategy focused on growing our community and promoting our workshops in Scandinavia.

  • Content Creation & Art Direction: Create graphics, visuals, carousels, and other creative content that aligns with our brand identity and values.

  • Copywriting & Communication: Write thoughtful, engaging posts; respond to comments and DMs; and maintain a tone of voice that reflects our purpose and personality.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor interactions, engage with followers, and help build a meaningful community of changemakers, coaches, and HR leaders.

  • Paid Campaigns: Plan and manage small-scale paid campaigns to promote workshops, grow followers, and reach specific segments in the Scandinavian region.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on performance metrics (followers, engagement, clicks), providing weekly insights and recommendations for growth.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform (algorithms, engagement tactics, trends)

  • Visual design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills in English

  • Experience or interest in paid ads and performance marketing

  • Self-driven, reliable, and able to manage your own workflow

  • Ideally based in, or very familiar with, Scandinavian markets

  • A plus if you are passionate about human-centered design, team culture, and purposeful work
