The Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founding team across strategy, product, operations and finance.

This role is a high-trust entry point into the core of the business, where you'll have broad exposure and real responsibility from day one.

What you’ll do

• Support strategic decisions and company priorities with research, structure and execution

• Lead and coordinate engagements with external partners

• Translate ideas into experiments, and their results into actions

• Own and improve internal tooling and dashboards enabling operational excellence

• Help drive projects that cross product, customer experience, operations and tech
