Own and enhance the user experience of Valmista by shaping intuitive product features, coordinating design workflows, and continuously improving how customers and providers interact with the platform.
Feature Planning: Collaborate with founders and tech team to define user-friendly features that improve booking flow, onboarding, and trust signals.
Aligning Brand Values: Aligning the feel, color, and the features to the mission and vision of the brand
Design Coordination: Translate ideas into wireframes, mockups, and flows using tools like Figma; coordinate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
User Research: Conduct interviews, test flows, and collect usage data to identify friction points and prioritize product improvements.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and tech to align design decisions with platform goals and user expectations.
Feedback Loop: Organize mini user tests and feedback cycles to validate updates before public rollouts.
Strong UX instincts and product thinking
Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools
Structured, self-organized and detail-oriented
Curiosity for marketplace platforms and user behavior
English fluency (Finnish a bonus)
