Millennial Consulting is a junior management consultancy that belongs to the Student & Innovation House, the Station. We provide strategy consulting services to start-ups and SMEs that seek help with their business by matching them with ambitious students and recent graduates for a two-month consulting project. We are supported by external mentors who are professional management consultants in real life, and some of our student consultants and Leadership Team members have gone on to work in consulting themselves.
Please note that the position is unpaid. However, we offer a space to learn and grow professionally, expand your CV and gain valuable experience.
You are a motivated student or a recent graduate from a university in Denmark, who wants to join our Leadership Team as a Digital Content Designer to accelerate the growth of Millennial Consulting with an ambitious goal of bridging student consultants from a range of universities with local start-ups and SMEs that are involved in environmental or social good. As the new member, you will help with various tasks within your team and across the organisation. We believe you are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or equivalent tools and have the enthusiasm to create brand design and visual storytelling.
As a Digital Content Designer, you will lead the creation of multimedia content to enhance Millennial Consulting’s digital presence. You’ll work closely with Social Media and Web Design Specialists to produce high-quality visuals that reflect our brand identity and strategic goals. From event coverage to campaign graphics, you will ensure consistency, creativity, and clarity across all touchpoints.
1. Content Creation & Editing
Capture high-quality photos and videos at company events.
Edit photos & videos for social media (reels, stories), incorporating subtitles, branding, and music.
2. Graphic Design
Conceptualise and create visually compelling graphics for social media posts, stories, event announcements, promotional materials, and for website use.
Design digital assets such as banners, infographics, thumbnails, and visual aids that align with branding guidelines.
Prepare print-ready graphic materials when physical marketing collateral is needed.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Participate in brainstorming and feedback sessions with the creative team.
Align content outputs with social media and web strategies.
Communicate timelines and deliverables in team stand-ups and weekly syncs.
4. Reporting & Improvement
Present updates and finished content to the Leadership Team.
Use analytics insights from Social Media Specialists to improve future content.
Stay up to date on design trends and propose innovative tools and workflows.
5. Strategic Position
Number of branded templates created and deployed.
Usage rate of assets across multiple channels.
Consistency and coherence with brand guidelines.
Complete the organisation's rebranding (logo, colour palette, typography).
Create a new library of vector-based graphic elements.
Design and introduce a distinctive, recognisable avatar/mascot.
Establish a new brand guidelines document.
Ensure adoption of new brand identity across all departments, members, and channels.
Hands-on experience in real-world branding and content strategy.
