To support that growth, we’re looking for a Head of Market Optimization to help us understand what works, what doesn’t, and how we can go from good to great.
This role is all about unlocking potential. You'll dive deep into the performance of markets — those that are struggling and those that are succeeding — to understand what’s driving the numbers. You’ll analyze what holds some markets back (payment methods, translations, marketing performance, user flow, spider quality — you name it), and identify what makes others thrive. Your job is to turn insights into clear recommendations and practical improvements across teams and functions.
You’ll be based in our Copenhagen office and work closely with leadership, as well as our marketing, product, tech, and customer service teams. Over time, this role may evolve into a broader strategic growth function.
You’re commercially sharp, analytically strong, and curious by nature. You’ve worked in data-informed roles where market performance matters — maybe in growth, strategy, or marketing in a fast-paced online company. You love turning insight into action, and you’re not afraid to ask tough questions or challenge the status quo.
Experience with market strategy, growth, or performance analysis
Strong commercial sense and understanding of online business models
Sharp analytical skills — data doesn’t scare you
A collaborative mindset and comfort working across departments
Excellent communication skills in English
