Ticketbutler – who are we? 🤔

At Ticketbutler, we work with tech in the event industry. We work to make life easier for event organizers, improve the guest experience, and push the event industry in a greener direction. We prioritize customer service as much as we prioritize ongoing product development. Currently, we offer a ticketing system that you probably have used to purchase tickets at some point and a name badge printer that prints name badges when they check in at the door. Maybe you've already seen the Ticketbutler name badge printer at TechBBQ, Presidents Summit, or one of the hundreds of events it has been used for.


Your Role 🤘🏻

Your primary role will be to take responsibility for fulfilling orders on our name badge printers after the sale has been approved – meaning you will manage the ordering of custom-made supplies, packaging, and shipping orders all over the world, coordinating with customers, and ensuring they receive everything they’ve ordered before their event. In the quiter periods you’ll be optimizing the operation processes and streamlining to prepare for next high-season.

To provide you with a varied workday you will also be managing the office making sure the office is tidy as well as we got a steady flow of hipster drinks into the fridge and beans for the coffee machine. In addition you’ll also have the chance to assist our customers onsite during their events, helping to create amazing experiences – also outside Denmark. This is a hands-on role. You will be physically handling hardware, building structure where none exists, and proactively solving operational bottlenecks on your own. We’re still building many of our logistics and operations systems – so you need to thrive in a semi-chaotic environment where not everything is mapped out yet.

The Ticketbutler team has your back, providing you with resources, expertise, and daily support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll have flexibility but also full ownership of deadlines and customer outcomes. No one will remind you. It’s yours. 


About You 🤗

We imagine you:

  • Enjoy working with processes and are structured.

  • Are detail-oriented. For example, to make sure we send the correct number and products to our customers and that everything is delivered on time.

  • Enjoy having freedom with responsibility. For example, you can work when it suits you as long as the orders are shipped by the deadline, and the customer has everything they need for their event.

  • Have a team player mentality and enjoy helping your colleagues and customers. It’s all about teamwork with both your colleagues and customers to make everything run smoothly and be a success.

  • You speak English. Danish is not a must but a plus.

  • You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves – from packing boxes to setting up logistics flows in Figma, Miro, or simliar.


We hire based on the individual, where chemistry and enthusiasm are important to us. Experience is highly valued, and education is not overly important.

The culture is relaxed with a startup vibe, we have craft beer in the fridge, and we regularly do things together either in or outside the office. You decide when you work from home and when you come into the office, although this role will require you to be physically present in the office most of the time. We also have a very forgiving failure culture – or rather, we almost prefer to make mistakes! We love experimenting, so you’re welcome to try things out through the "trial-and-error" method, and you’ll never be alone in your work. If you need guidance or support, we’re always just a "Hi" or a Slack message away. Also, Slack channels are filled with emojis and gifs. We’re warm and informal but we value follow-through, high accountability, and sense of urgency above all.

What you can expect:

  • Minimum 3 days per week physically in the office in Copenhagen.

  • Full-time employment.

  • You can place the work hours whenever you want as long as it fits the task.

  • Start as soon as possible.
