We’re looking for an organized and execution-focused Email Campaign Specialist to join our e-mail marketing team in Copenhagen. You’ll be responsible for planning, building, and sending high-impact newsletters and campaigns that engage users across our 40+ international markets.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and the broader marketing team to deliver relevant and well-structured email campaigns. You’ll also manage audience segmentation, monitor performance, and optimize based on key metrics like open rates, click-throughs, and unsubscribes.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Plan and execute newsletters and one-off campaign sends

• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to structure and quality-check content

• Segment audiences and ensure correct targeting and delivery

• Analyze performance (open rates, CTR, unsubscribes) and implement improvements

• Work systematically with deadlines and maintain the campaign calendar

Requirements

You should have:

• Hands-on experience with campaign tools like Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar

• A strong eye for detail and content quality

• Basic understanding of segmentation and user targeting

• A data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret key metrics

• A structured approach to planning and execution, with a strong sense of deadlines
