We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Email Automation Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Copenhagen. Your focus will be on designing and optimizing automated e-mail flows that drive performance across our 40+ international markets.

Currently live in over 40 markets, we have ambitious plans to become a major international player in the housing rental industry – and we are well on our way. In this role, you’ll work closely with our developers and data team to ensure smooth integrations, accurate triggers, and smart segmentation. You’ll be our go-to person for building logic-based automations, troubleshooting broken flows, and continuously improving the user journey through e-mail.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Build and optimize automated e-mail flows using tools like Customer.io

• Work data-driven with triggers, segments, and user behavior

• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues in flows (HTML, broken links, logic errors)

• Collaborate with developers and data analysts on event tracking and system integrations

• Maintain and document the overall automation logic and structure

  
  

Requirements

You should have:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar)

• A strong understanding of data triggers, segmentation, and behavioral flows

• Basic HTML knowledge and the ability to debug broken templates and logic

• Familiarity with event tracking and API/webhook integrations

• A structured mindset and an eye for detail
