📢 About the position:

As our new Marketing Designer & Content Creator, you will be at the heart of our commercial communication efforts, with a primary focus on developing high-impact campaign content and collateral. This versatile role combines graphic design, copywriting and asset creation to drive lead generation, enable sales, and support brand awareness.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and our external agency partners to conceptualize, produce and deliver content that powers both strategic campaigns and day-to-day commercial execution.

🎯 Key responsibilities:

Messaging & Copywriting

  • Write compelling, conversion focused content for campaigns including emails, landing pages, social posts and digital ads
  • Craft persuasive sales collateral that address objections, reinforce value propositions, and increase win rates (one-pagers, case studies, decks, brochures, and outreach templates)
  • Tailor messaging for different audience segments, funnel stages, and commercial goals
  • Ensure all campaign messaging aligns with our brand tone, commercial goals, and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate on positioning, campaign narratives, and strategic themes

Visual Design & Asset Production

  • Design branded visuals and layouts for marketing campaigns and sales materials across key industry segments and personas
  • Build from scratch and improve existing materials: social creatives, ads, sales decks, PDFs, etc.
  • Create and maintain templates to enable consistent, scalable asset production
  • Ensure visual alignment across all channels

Assets & Content Creation

  • Combine messaging and design into ready to use assets across paid, owned, and sales channels
  • Deliver complete content packages (campaign kits with formats for social, email, ads, etc.)
  • Repurpose core materials into new formats or personalized versions as needed
  • Maintain an internal library of reusable assets and templates tailored to different stages of the sales funnel
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content effectiveness through performance analysis and testing
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and our agency to ensure alignment with commercial strategy

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a content creator, designer or sales enablement specialist in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to write persuasive, action-oriented content.
  • Proficient in visual design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.
  • Proficient in creating campaign content, sales collateral, and digital assets.
  • Experience in basic video editing or motion tools
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing input from multiple stakeholders
