About Your Role

As our Growth Lead, you'll work closely with the CEO, taking charge of marketing and optimizing our funnelling process to significantly grow annual recurring revenue from subscriptions. It will require you to learn the entire funnelling process of the business and asses where your resources has the highest impact. You will be given freedom and responsibility to prioritize a big fraction of our budget between many running processes and new initiatives.

What You Will Do

  1. Take the lead on growing the organisation’s revenue through marketing. You'll evaluate current processes and test new initiatives that you believe can further accelerate our organization’s growth.
  2. Own & refine our SaaS funneling process. You'll analyze our entire freemium funnel to identify strategies for optimal resource allocation to grow revenue. This covers everything from traffic acquisition, retention, conversion, churn, and resurrection. The goal is to convert our 500k+ monthly free users into loyal subscribers and, crucially, retain them.
  3. Drive a data-powered traffic acquisition strategy. You’ll be looking at various user data sources to optimize the marketing strategies. That includes looking into data from different platforms (social media, Google Analytics, website data), as well as collaborating with our user researchers to drive hypothesis testing and segmentation.
  4. Optimize Marketing Spend. You'll continuously evaluate how to best spend marketing resources. With a substantial marketing budget allocated, you'll compare the impact of new initiatives and current campaigns, carefully looking at metrics like ROI, website visits, conversion rates, and more.
  5. Lead product-led growth. As part of a product team, you'll share how we can improve product-led growth. Your input will help shape the product into a sustainable service and inspire designs for a better funneling process.
  6. Manage marketing processes & partners. You'll work with multiple consultants and partners who create content based on your strategies, analysis, and the EasySBC brand. This includes social media marketing, articles for SEO, paid ads on social, and coordinating with influencers and top e-sports athletes.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience analyzing and optimizing entire funneling processes.
  • 1-3 years of experience in subscription business, preferably B2C.
  • Experience with different marketing disciplines like SoMe, SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficient in data analysis and BI tools—to turn complex data into strategies and actionable insights.
  • Adaptable and confident working across different teams, tools, and product types.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to coordinate with partners, and a motivation for leading employees in the future.
  • Start-up energy and a DO’er mentality—someone who can roll up their sleeves and execute.

Ideally, you also have

  • Experience with SaaS or freemium businesses
  • Understanding of gaming communities
  • Understanding of EA FC Ultimate Team and Football.
  • Experience with branding.
  • Experience with scale-ups or start-ups.
