We are six engineers who have built a profitable and sustainable start-up over the last three years, with no external funding. We are based in Copenhagen and are now looking to expand our small team.
Our culture is built on start-up energy, co-creation, creativity, and putting people first. It's not about working in independent silos or crazy work hours (as some might think). Instead, it’s a daily passion for the products we scale, playing ping-pong at the office, and staying connected with our coworkers.
To level up our business and stay relevant to our customers, we need a UX/UI Designer who will work closely with our design lead and product team — someone capable of conducting interviews, uncovering user pain points, and creating functional, user-friendly designs that directly address our users’ needs.
You’re curious about problems, driven to find solutions, and not afraid to dig deeper.
You enjoy connecting with users and can see the product from their perspective.
You share early and often, and you’re open to input. You iterate based on feedback from users, engineers, support, and others — valuing collaboration over ego.
You’re into gaming in your own way — be it on mobile, PC, or console. What matters to us is your passion, because it helps you understand and connect with our users.
Juggling colorful game assets and large volumes of data can get messy. Keeping designs clean and organized is challenging. A great sense of visual hierarchy, grouping, repetition, and color usage is crucial for good, functional design in this industry.
Develop new features while adhering to best practices. Always consider consistency, accessibility, visual hierarchy, desirability, and more when designing.
Be familiar with the component catalog, including limitations and intended uses. Make thoughtful choices regarding navigation, selection controls, containers, etc.
Proficiency in creating and using components, variables, prototypes, design systems, and vector graphics.
Formal education in graphic design, digital design, or a related field that supports strong visual and conceptual skills.
A personal interest in FIFA/FC games helps relate to our users and brings valuable context to design decisions in gaming environments.
