About MoneyStability

MoneyStability is a creative-led AI startup on a mission to deliver Personalized AI-Automated Financial Stabilization. We’re building an exceptional product that redefines how private finance looks, feels, and functions—bridging critical personalization gaps that exacerbate financial instability.

We’re seeking two ambitious full-stack developer interns—either as a pre-established team or as individual applicants with complementary strengths in frontend or backend development—to join forces with our incoming CTO and help build a groundbreaking product.

Part of the AI-Engineering team, you will

As a Full-Stack Developer Intern, you will collaborate closely with the CTO, playing a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the product from day one while helping to define a new product category. This position offers immersive, hands-on experience across the entire stack, granting you ownership of key deliverables throughout end-to-end MVP development. The ideal candidate is genuinely passionate about AI, eager to grow through hands-on product development, technically curious, experimental in their approach, quality-focused, and proactive in taking initiative.

Compensation Transparency

Early hires are assessed for long-term growth potential. Internships are unpaid for the first six months, with performance-based incentives available. Significant contributors may then transition into paid permanent roles as the company expands. With early validation and strong momentum, we aim to build a full-time tech team by 2026.

Core Responsibilities

You’ll work side-by-side with the CTO and product leads, gaining hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle—from rapid prototyping to partner-integrated beta and MVP launch. We value curiosity, initiative, and a curiosity for learning—no expectations to know everything on day one.

• Collaborate with the CTO and product leads throughout the product life cycle, from prototyping to MVP launch

• Develop and iterate functional prototypes based on feedback.

• Prepare high-quality, unbiased data for AI solutions

• Build, train, and integrate AI models into frontend and backend systems.

• Design and optimize backend services, APIs, and databases (Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Create responsive interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)

• Refine and enhance user experience in collaboration with product leads.

• Integrate APIs and external services for advanced data flows

• Support cloud deployment and DevOps processes for stability

• Participate in code reviews and resolve debugging challenges

• Contribute to A/B testing and analyze user data for product improvements

• Uphold code quality, data security, and compliance standards

Who you are

• Motivated to build a distinctive AI-product from the ground up

• Early in your tech career: a first- or second-semester master’s student, recent graduate ready for hands-on experience, or self-taught AI developer (minimum 2 years experience)

• Self-directed, eager to take ownership, and able to execute tasks independently.

• Strong technical skills in AI, with a broad understanding of the ecosystem and a passion for experimenting with new technologies as an early-adopter

• Driven by curiosity to deeply understand and solve complex technical problems

• Thrive in fast-paced environments, experiment often, and continuous learnings

• Deliver effective solutions by critically evaluating details that impact quality

Hard-Skills

• Experience or interest in integrating AI features across the stack

• Solid foundation in backend development (Python, Node.js) and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps concepts

• Understanding of software engineering principles, coding standards, and performance testing

• Experience building APIs and collaborating across the stack

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular)

• Awareness of UI/UX design, prototyping tools (Figma), and responsive design

• Basic understanding of frontend security, privacy, and accessibility

• Comfortable using version control (Git/GitHub) and working in Agile or Scrum team
