👀 The job

You’ll collaborate closely with other Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to craft seamless user experiences across both web and mobile platforms.

Your primary focus will be on UX/UI improvements — optimising existing experiences, ensuring consistency, and supporting the implementation of new features.

You’ll work alongside a “product trio team” of three close colleagues to maintain and enhance the overall web experience.

In addition, a strong understanding of bank reconciliation is essential for designing simple, intuitive user experiences that build confidence in the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of users’ financial data.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Own and design end-to-end user experience
  
  
• Analyze user feedback and app data to identify areas for improvement
  
• Conduct UX audits of our current products and competitor apps
  
• Design and improve user experiences across web and mobile
  
• Define success metrics and help measure the impact of your work
  
• Collaborate with our UX’ers and support efforts across markets
  
• Document your designs clearly to support collaboration and implementation
  
• Review development work and perform design QA to ensure quality
  
• Take part in Design team rituals like standups and reviews

🔎 About You

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience designing for digital products, with a strong background in multi-platform B2B software (web and mobile)
  
• You have a Master’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related discipline
  
• You possess knowledge of the Banking and Accounting across key markets (France, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands)
  
• You have deep expertise in UX/UI, paired with a solid understanding of business needs and engineering constraints
  
• You bring hands-on experience in contributing to and working with design system
  
• You got strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and the ability to communicate design concepts to stakeholders
  
• Proven experience designing for multi-platform B2B software (web + mobile)
  
• You have the ability to work across domains, helping bridge banking and accounting to create intuitive, seamless user journeys
