MoneyStability is a creative-led AI startup on a mission to deliver Personalized AI-Automated Financial Stabilization. We’re building an exceptional product that redefines how private finance looks, feels, and functions—bridging critical personalization gaps that exacerbate financial instability. As we enter a pivotal stage—transitioning from pre-seed to launching a fully operational, market-ready product—we are seeking a visionary CTO and Co-Founder (equity-based) to join the team and realize our mission, not just as a builder, but as a co-architect of the business.

As CTO/ Technical Co-Founder, you will

As CTO and Co-Founder, you will take full technical ownership—shaping the technology stack and leading end-to-end product development from inception through MVP to full-scale launch. This role demands a self-driven, hands-on builder with exceptional technical ability, who engages deeply with the product, looks beyond code, and maintains a relentless focus on end-users.  The ideal candidate is an A-team player who demonstrates top-tier technical excellence, a proven track record of solving complex problems, the ability to learn quickly, and a genuine curiosity for building outstanding products. This is a unique opportunity for a technical talent to shape a high-potential AI startup from its earliest stages, and leave a lasting mark by bringing a distinctive AI product to market.

*This is a high-equity co-founder position with salary to follow pending pre-seed fundraising (details negotiable based on experiences, proven track records, and company fit)

Core Responsibilities

As CTO and Co-Founder, you will oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from the initial development phases and launch of a market-ready product to post-launch optimization for scalable growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Define and execute a comprehensive long-term technical strategy 

• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing technical team (2 new hires)

• Take full technical ownership from vision and strategy to hands-on execution

• Own the end-to-end technical roadmap, from MVP refinement to full-scale launch.

• Implement best practices in automation, cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance.

• Develop and integrate advanced AI components—including Agentic AI, deep personalization, automation, real-time optimization, and adaptive user experiences—into a unified platform.

• Drive A/B testing, AI performance evaluation, and pilot studies to ensure product excellence.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to align technology initiatives with business priorities

• Oversee the tech stack and manage forward integrations with key partners.

• Lead the transition from MVP to a fully operational, market-ready product

• Ensure robust platform performance, real-time optimization, and future scalability.

• Represent technical vision to investors, partners, and the broader tech community.

• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and AI advancements, continuously driving consumer-centric AI innovation utilizing AI’s full potential

• Self-motivated, hands-on developer with advanced technical (AI) skills

• Eager to tackle the challenges of building a product from the ground up

• Driven to transition from building products for others to co-founding an AI company

• Holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or demonstrates equivalent expertise as a self-taught AI specialist (minimum +5 years experience)

• Demonstrated ability to solve highly complex technical challenges

• Possesses a T-shaped profile with strong cross-disciplinary knowledge

• Experience in high-growth, agile environments or tech-driven startups (preferred)

• Proven track record of building or launching B2C financial products (preferred)

• Learns rapidly, lateral thinker (ideally), and exhibits deep intellectual curiosity

• Combines an ambitious product vision with top-tier execution

Hard-Skills

• Deep expertise in cloud architecture, advanced AI integration, and scalable products

• Experience with backend or full-stack engineering and technical product delivery

• Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML, software engineering, multi-model AI platforms, cloud technologies, and emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI)

• Foundational engineering abilities (DevOps, API design, coding standards etc.)

• Strong database management and data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python etc)

• Familiarity with modern backend frameworks and cloud infrastructures

• Understanding of fintech security standards and regulatory requirements

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies for efficient prototyping

• Financial literacy to align technical decisions with key partner requirements

• Proven hands-on experience or CTO in SaaS, fintech, or AI-startup etc.
