As Quantum Education Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of educational initiatives that make quantum computing more accessible and engaging for a global audience.

What will I be doing?

• Design and deliver programs to educate students, researchers, software developers, partners, and customers.
• Develop interactive learning materials, online courses, and tutorials.
• Organize and host events—workshops, lectures, and hackathons—that inspire and educate.
• Improve user documentation, including FAQs, guides, and manuals.
• Partner with teams across sales, marketing, and product to align messaging and maximize impact.
• Build and support a vibrant community of learners and quantum enthusiasts.

What skills do I need?

• Strong technical background in quantum computing (understanding of concepts, software, and tools like Qiskit, Q#, Cirq).
• Experience in instructional design, learning management systems, and adult learning theory.
• Excellent communication skills—especially the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Project management experience (event planning, resource allocation, budgeting).
• Leadership and facilitation experience (e.g., workshops, lectures, or academic sessions).
• Passion for education, community building, and outreach.

Preferred skills

• Experience designing gamified, simulation-based, or immersive educational experiences.
• Hands-on content creation for blogs, social media, or video.
• Familiarity with assessment design and data-driven program evaluation.
