Are you interested in working at a lean, fast-growing early-stage tech startup? We’re hiring student Sales Associates to help drive growth at LikeMinded. The role is part-time (15–20 hours/week) and based in Copenhagen. You’ll report directly to the founding team and get hands-on training, ongoing feedback, and real experience in sales, marketing and business development.

We’re looking for someone based in Copenhagen, fluent in Danish, and comfortable speaking to new people. Sales, retail/e-commerce or startup experience is a plus.
Customer outreach: You will be responsible for contacting potential new customers via phone, email, and in-person store visits around Copenhagen.
Store visits: Most of your working hours will be spent in the field, doing both planned and unplanned store visits. Many of our client shops are located near campus in Frederiksberg.
Sales process: You’ll manage the entire sales process, from first contact to onboarding new customers.
Lead management: You’ll be assigned leads to follow up on and convert into active customers.
Flexibility: We offer flexibility around exam periods and the possibility to work extra hours during busy times.
Reporting: You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, who will provide hands-on training and ongoing development.
Based in Copenhagen and available to work approx. 15–20 hours/week
Fluent in Danish (spoken and written) and able to communicate in English
Has sales experience: Previous outbound sales experience is a plus – retail experience is also valuable
Has an interest in areas like gourmet food, flowers, wine, beauty, or pets
Outgoing and approachable: You’re comfortable reaching out to new customers, visiting stores, and building relationships with store owners
Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets
Familiar with CRM systems or open to learning how to use them
Has their own laptop/computer for work
