Job Title: Technology & Platform Lead

Role purpose:

Lead and coordinate Valmista’s platform development by managing outsourced teams, overseeing technical decisions, and ensuring secure, scalable product growth.

• Dev team co-ordination: Oversee and coordinate outsourced development team to ensure timely delivery

• Technical management: Manage technical roadmap, feature priorities, and platform architecture decisions

• Review code quality and provide technical guidance when needed

• Handle small coding tasks or quick fixes when necessary

• Ensure platform security, GDPR compliance, and technical documentation

• Collaborate with founders, design, and operations to align business and tech goals

Tech Stack/ Hard Skills Needed:

• Laravel (backend),

• JavaScript (frontend)

• PHP

• Figma (UX design)

• Mobile: React Native or Flutter
