🧠 The Role: GTM Engineer

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help us scale revenue through automation, AI, and experimentation. You’ll design systems that deliver SQLs—not dashboards. Think Zapier over spreadsheets, GPT over guesswork, and workflows over headcount.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building, testing, and automating real impact.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Build and launch AI-driven outbound campaigns (e.g. GPT-powered messaging, Clay, etc.)

Set up automations using Zapier, HubSpot, and other no/low-code tools

Experiment rapidly to unlock new SQL channels and scalable playbooks

Integrate data from multiple tools to surface high-intent buyer signals

Collaborate with Sales to eliminate friction and increase pipeline velocity

🙌 You’re a Great Fit If You…

Have 1–3 years experience in Growth, RevOps, or GTM tooling roles

Know HubSpot and Zapier like second nature (or eager to ramp fast)

Have launched AI tools into GTM (or have a strong desire to) - or at least played a lot around with them!

Thrive on rapid experimentation and getting tangible results

Prefer building scalable systems over manual fixes or CRM admin
