Our Finnish team is growing, and we are looking for a Finnish-speaking student assistant to join our team. Ag analytics is a SaaS company on a mission to help the automotive industry maximise customer retention and leverage data. We work with the most prestigious brands in the world like Audi, VW, Porsche, SKODA, Seat, Peugeot, Opel, Suzuki, KIA and Citroën, and we're growing fast.

We are now looking for a dedicated, stable and committed student assistent to join our Finnish team.

The role is placed in our Customer Success team with our Finnish Customer Success Consultant and our Commercial Manager for Finland.

About Customer Success:

In Customer Success, we are responsible for all our customers from onboarding to retention. In addition to onboarding them to our solution, Autoflows, we keep them informed about new features, handle requests, hold training webinars, prepare materials for self-learning and much more. And this is where we need you.

As part of our Customer Success team, you will support the Finnish team on executing on a range of activities.  

Your tasks:

• Assist with the planning and execution of email campaigns to existing customers

• Assist with the planning and execution of webinars

• Assist with onboarding customers

• Assist or independently handle support/feature requests

• Administrative tasks for the Finnish market such as following up on campaigns, updating data, etc.

• Ad hoc projects for Finland

About you:

• Most importantly: You speak fluent Finnish

• You are studying business, communication, marketing, data-related subjects or similar.

• You take responsibility and are passionate about driving results by independently managing small projects or tasks

• You are structured, detail-oriented and have a good overview

• You have a positive and flexible attitude where you seek solutions and see opportunities and incorporate feedback

Working hours

Expected working hours: approximately 10-15 hours per week. We expect and provide mutual flexibility in relation to your studies and our peak periods.
