Sales Representative – E-Mobility

At Nordic Charge, we are building the most agile and transparent e-mobility operations platform on the market. Founded in 2023, we are a fast-growing Danish startup simplifying everything for Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and their partners. From hardware and logistics to installation and system integration, we provide a comprehensive, unified platform that empowers businesses to seamlessly transition to a carbon-neutral transportation infrastructure.
As we continue to grow, we’re now looking for a driven and proactive Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and bring our solutions to more businesses across the Nordic region. This is a hands-on sales role with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and closing deals.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential B2B customers across target markets.
Customer Meetings: Book, prepare, and conduct both online and in-person meetings to understand customer needs and present Nordic Charge’s offering.
Sales Pipeline: Manage your own pipeline from lead to close, and maintain accurate tracking in our CRM system.
Follow-Up & Closing: Send offers, follow up, and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.
Customer Insights: Share market feedback and customer input to help shape product development and strategy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Head of Sales and other departments to support a seamless commercial process.
B2B Sales Experience: You have previous experience in B2B sales — preferably in tech, SaaS, energy, or mobility sectors.
Self-Starter: You’re proactive, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong Communicator: You’re confident on the phone, good at building relationships, and skilled at understanding customer needs.
Tech Curious: You’re eager to learn about EV charging and can translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Danish. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
