🚀 Co-founder Wanted – Business-Minded AI Builder

Are you driven by the potential of AI to transform how companies work? Can you navigate both client conversations and ChatGPT configurations? At AICE, we’re looking for a business-savvy co-founder who can connect needs with solutions – and who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty in a prompt or a workflow setup.

AICE helps professional service firms become AI-powered – not by selling tools, but by building tailored, responsible, and impactful solutions with them. We guide them from strategy and use case discovery to full implementation and adoption.

Our clients are legal firms, consultants, advisors – organizations where knowledge and complexity meet. And we help them make AI part of the way they work.

🔍 Your profile

This is not a tech role. It’s a role for someone who:

Thinks commercially – understands client needs, can shape offers, close deals, build relationships
Acts practically – sets up and refines AI assistants, uses LLMs effectively, knows their way around prompt engineering
Communicates clearly – translates between business and AI
Thrives in ambiguity – you're self-driven, curious, and execution-focused

Maybe you're a consultant with a product mindset. Maybe you’ve built a few agents or use cases yourself. Maybe you're a founder at heart.

✅ What you bring

Strong interest in how LLMs and GenAI can create business value
Hands-on ability to design and deploy AI workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, PrivateGPT, Grace AI, Claude, RAG, GPTs)
Experience with B2B clients
Bachelor or candidate / MBA
Experience within professional services is a big plus
Working in a consulting role is a big plus
Strategic mindset – and eagerness to build from the ground up
Danish speaker (or Nordic) + English
