Normative is now looking for Sustainability Analysts to join the team!
As a Sustainability Data Analyst, you will work with a dedicated team to calculate carbon emissions data using our software and internal tools. You will be an integral part of making sure our clients are able to get a complete picture of their carbon footprint and enabling them to make better choices to reduce their impact!
Normative helps companies to understand and reduce their carbon footprints towards their journey to Net Zero. We do this through science-based carbon accounting products and tailored advice from net zero experts. What we do has a real positive impact on the climate - you can too!
What you will do:
Your primary responsibility is to calculate carbon emissions following the GHG protocol by working closely with our Climate Strategy team to align on data input and carbon calculations for our clients. Day to day you will:
Review, log and structure incoming data from our clients
Verify the quality of results before our net-zero experts present emission reports
Support our organization with knowledge within sustainability and GHG accounting
Improve our internal processes to achieve higher efficiency and accuracy
Provide feedback to our product team on new product features and possible developments
Experience we’re seeking:
For this role we believe that you have a degree within sustainability or related field, where you may have gained knowledge about the GHG protocol and GHG accounting. You are also passionate about climate and want to make an impact by helping companies reduce their carbon emissions
Additionally you:
have excellent analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers and big excel sheets
might have experience from customer facing or service roles
are familiar with using Excel and/or Google Sheets
are structured and organized and know how to prioritize multiple tasks and projects at the same time
are detail oriented and meticulous in your work
are proficient in communicating in English, both verbal and written
Normative has offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen. For this role you will be located in our office in Stockholm office working 3 days a week in office.
At this time we are not able to offer relocation or VISA support for this position.
Market-based salaries and annual merit-based salary reviews
