Help Us Build the Future of Music Sampling

BuyLoops is a fast-growing platform where music producers can buy and sell high-quality sample packs — created by industry legends who’ve worked with artists like Drake, Kanye West, and Justin Bieber.

We’re now running our storefront on Shopify and using GemPages to design and optimize our website. We're looking for a creative and technically savvy Shopify designer/developer who can help us continuously improve the look, feel, and performance of our platform.

Experience with GemPages is a plus, but not a must. If you’re familiar with other Shopify page builders like Shogun or PageFly, you’ll be right at home.

What You'll Do

• Use GemPages (or other page builders) to build and update custom product pages, landing pages, and homepage sections.

• Add light custom code (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed to push beyond GemPages’ built-in features.

• Optimize for mobile, speed, accessibility, and SEO.

• Manage Shopify settings and apps that support product display, upsells, email capture, etc.

• Build high-converting pages with a focus on increasing our revenue and improving user engagement.

What You Bring

• Experience with Shopify page builders (GemPages, Shogun, PageFly) — GemPages experience is a plus but not required.

• Solid grasp of e-commerce UX/UI best practices and conversion optimization.

• Comfortable with light front-end coding: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (as needed).

• Understanding of Shopify’s core features (products, collections, metafields, apps).

• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a “test-and-improve” approach.

Bonus Points

• Background or interest in music production or the music industry.

• Experience with Shopify SEO best practices & GemPages.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
