We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Product Marketing & Enablement Associate to join our marketing team at Monta. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales, post-sales, and product teams to ensure go-to-market teams are equipped with the right content, tools, and insights to effectively position and sell our platform. You’ll be responsible for supporting product launches, creating high-impact sales collateral, and maintaining the sales enablement infrastructure.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to grow into a strong product marketer while owning critical aspects of sales enablement and product messaging execution.

Develop and maintain core sales materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, feature briefs, and objection handling guides
Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to support onboarding and continuous learning for new features and verticals - identify high value materials and narratives that support shortening of sales cycles and increase win rates.
Organize and update content in our sales enablement platform (e.g., Highspot, Notion), ensuring it’s current and easy to use.
Go-to-Market Execution: Support product marketing leads in executing go-to-market activities for new features, including asset creation, team communications, and sales readiness; collaborate on internal product launch playbooks and training materials
Persona & Messaging Support: Assist in keeping buyer personas and ICP documentation up to date, collaborating with senior PMMs to reflect market and customer changes; Work with local teams to create local nuances to ICP documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Tooling: Help gather internal feedback and usage data to improve sales tools and materials; Own the upload and maintenance of our knowledge centre and deal room materials.
2–3 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, content marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role / consultancy.
Strong writing skills with an ability to distill technical concepts into simple, compelling language.
Excellent organization and project management skills.
Familiarity with sales processes and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Highspot) is a plus.
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn from a fast-moving, experienced team.
Strong interest in energy or electrical vehicle space is a plus.
Additional language skills - Danish, French, Italian or Spanish - is a plus.
