You will partner closely with your PM and Engineering team to deeply understand user needs and technical realities, ultimately crafting elegant and feasible solutions that deliver significant value for our customers. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, PMs and stakeholders to balance user needs and business goals to create functional, delightful experiences that solve key user problems

• Proactively explore future user needs by running experiments and conducting explorations to improve the overall user experience

• Contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system in Figma, helping refine components, variants, and styles to ensure UI consistency and scalability

• Work closely with the Head of Product Design to mature our design language and ensure the platform’s look and feel becomes more modern, friendly, accessible, and easier to navigate

• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback

• Actively participate in design critiques to improve overall design quality

Qualifications and about you:

• Proven experience as a product designer working hands-on, ideally in SaaS

• Strong proficiency with Figma and experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Also you think in journeys and not just screens

• A user-centered mindset, with a strong understanding of UX patterns and design principles, with strong and articulate opinions on what makes for good (and bad) design

• You speak your mind —you’re not afraid to engage in healthy discussions to arrive at the right solution, but you’re also quick to admit when you might be wrong

• Proactive, self-driven, and wildly curious—you seize opportunities to learn, ask questions, and push the design process forward

• Adaptable to fast-changing environments and comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders

Seen as an advantage if you have:

• Experience in regulated industries like reg-tech or compliance-tech

• Knowledge of front-end development for better collaboration with engineering

3. Completion of talent test

4. Prepare relevant past work to show for last interview (homework)

5. 60 minutes in-person final interview with Head of Product Design and CTO
