As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you drive growth and loyalty by ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from our solution. You act as their trusted advisor and proactively identify expansion opportunities, generate referrals, and secure high engagement.
Your core responsibility is to own a portfolio of customers (primarily in Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and cater to the different needs across different types of customers. You are your customers’ main point of contact, you offer advice and assistance to help them reach their objectives through our SaaS solution, and you actively grow your accounts.
Retain: Ensure good user adoption and customer engagement. You understand your customer base and you make it a priority to constantly help the customer use tamigo in the best way possible based on their overall goals.
Nurture: Strengthen relationships with customers through your functional expertise. You are a reliable partner who optimises the experience of each customer and demonstrates how tamigo can meet their specific needs.
Grow: Identify and pursue growth opportunities. You support the business goals of our customers, and you identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, upselling and cross-selling.
You will work alongside four international CSMs in the Customer Experience team.
You speak and write native level German, and professional English.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a SaaS company, preferably within Customer Success Management or sales.
You have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills and know that business relations are best established by creating real business value.
You combine proactiveness and creative thinking with business acumen and a comprehensive grasp of IT.

Actively promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities, presenting timely value propositions to customers.
Generate sales leads through active referrals, engaging with key advocates, and driving expansion into new markets.
Collaborate with colleagues in Sales and Onboarding to ensure a high-quality handover.
Follow up on renewals and manage yearly price adjustments.
