POY Grants helps startups, cultural institutions, and sustainability-driven companies secure soft funding – from Innobooster and SMV:Digital to EU programs and private foundations. Our clients include early-stage brands, creative agencies, and companies working at the intersection of commerce and impact.
We’re now looking for a freelance or part-time sales consultant to help us scale. Someone who understands how to sell intangible services – and can navigate conversations across founders, CFOs, and project managers.
What you’ll be doing:
Proactively reach out to leads (warm, inbound, and self-generated)
Hold intro calls to qualify fit and needs
Help scope solutions and estimate pricing/timelines
Work with our strategist to close deals and onboard clients
Maintain a light CRM/log of outreach and pipeline
Support occasional outbound campaigns to specific segments (e.g. green startups, cultural orgs, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
Experience in B2B sales, preferably service-based or consulting
Strong communication skills – written and verbal (Danish or English)
Understanding of startups, grants, or business development is a plus
You’re self-driven, structured, and good at follow-up
You don’t need hand-holding – but you enjoy collaborating on deal strategy
