With approximately 25 employees, we are a dynamic and fast-growing company, offering a supportive and innovative work environment. We are now looking for a talented and detail-oriented student to join our Finance team as a Finance Assistant.
As a Finance Assistant, you will support our Finance team with a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions. Your main responsibilities will include:
Bookkeeping in E-conomic
Enter and record supplier invoices, expense receipts, and customer payments.
Ensure correct coding and reconciliation of accounts.
Verify that all transactions have the appropriate supporting documents attached.
Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations as needed.
Data Entry in Corpay
Enter supplier invoices in Corpay with the correct account and VAT code.
Validate data and ensure accurate matching between documents and payments.
Follow up on rejected payments and resolve any discrepancies.
Review Transactions in PLEO
Check transactions in PLEO to ensure valid supporting documents are attached.
Verify and correct VAT codes when necessary.
Follow up with employees regarding any missing documentation.
Follow-up on B2B Payments in Traede
Monitor overdue B2B invoices and ensure timely reminders are sent.
Manage the dunning process and send payment reminders according to the workflow.
Contact customers via email or phone in case of non-payment.
Document communication and update payment status.
Escalate unpaid invoices to Atradius for credit insurance and collection when necessary.
We are looking for a student who is eager to gain hands-on finance experience in a fast-paced scaleup environment. The ideal candidate should have:
An interest in finance, accounting, or business administration (studying a relevant degree is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable in usage of various software platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
A flexible part-time position (approx. 15-20 hours per week) to fit around your studies.
Hands-on experience in finance within an e-commerce scaleup.
