We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Campaign Manager.
Is this you?
As a Senior Campaign Manager at Monta, you will be responsible for creating and orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns that engage enterprise buyers, accelerate sales cycles, and support pipeline growth globally. Sitting at the intersection of Product Marketing, Sales, and Brand Marketing, this role ensures that campaigns are strategically aligned to business priorities, deeply informed by customer insights, and built for both global scale and regional relevance.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong executional skills, capable of working cross-functionally to turn messaging into market-facing programs that resonate with senior decision-makers in complex buying groups.
Who are we?
We are Monta: the powerful EV platform connecting the dots in the entire EV charging industry. We serve drivers, companies, cities, and the electricity grid with our proactive technology.
We have a dream…
EV charging is our passion. We want to make it simple, accessible, and reliable for everyone. Since our technology is compatible with all charge point brands (!), we aim to help everyone enjoy the same, consistent charging experience: from EV drivers in their homes to charge point owners, EV charging businesses or EV fleets. We tackle the complexities of the ecosystem in a truly technological way, providing a tailored software solution for all things EV.
Campaign Strategy & Development:
Build and manage enterprise-focused integrated campaigns that align to key solutions, industries, or buying groups. Define target audiences, value propositions, and messaging across the funnel.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Partner closely with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns are rooted in messaging that reflects differentiated value to enterprise personas.
Global Campaign Execution:
Lead the orchestration of campaign programs across multiple channels (digital, events, outbound, content, ABM). Ensure global cohesion while working with regional marketing managers to enable regional adaptation and activation.
Campaign Asset Briefing & Localization Support:
Brief content creators on required assets. Ensure outputs reflect the needs of enterprise audiences and can be effectively localized.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Define KPIs in collaboration with marketing operations and sales. Track campaign performance across engagement, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics; use data to optimize future efforts.
It’s not just what you do – how your work impacts our products and processes is also important to us. Besides the tasks you complete, we’ll also be measuring the tangible outcomes and improvements you set in motion – which will (hopefully) increase your professional growth and satisfaction with us at the same time.
Drive end-to-end campaigns, from ideation to ROI calculation, and make sure that the campaigns are globally scalable, but locally adaptable by regional teams.
Acts as a connector between Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing — driving alignment, trust, and shared outcomes.
Demonstrates clear understanding of enterprise buying behavior, stakeholder dynamics, and sales cycles.
6–8 years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3+ years focused on integrated campaigns or enterprise segment marketing.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across product marketing, sales, and regional marketing teams.
Familiarity with campaign execution tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Outreach/Salesloft) and performance reporting tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts clearly to internal and external audiences.
Experience developing programs that speak to C-level and technical personas across complex buying groups.
(Do you fit most of these requirements, but not all? That’s fine: we’d love to hear from you all the same!)
