We’re starting in verticals like hospitality, retail, and healthcare, where hiring is broken and outdated systems slow down entire industries. We’re here to fix that with a product that speaks for itself — and now we need bright commercial minds who can tell that story, open doors, and close deals.

Your mission:

As a BDR at Kiku, you’ll be on the frontline of our growth, playing a key role in fueling our sales pipeline and shaping our outbound strategy. You will:

  • Identify and engage ideal customers.

  • Understand their hiring pain like no one else.

  • Craft outreach that cuts through the noise.

  • Get decision-makers excited enough to act.


This is not cold call-and-pray. We sell to forward-thinking operators, CFOs, and recruiters who get AI. The market is ready — we just need you to connect the dots.


What we’re looking for

  • You love the game — outbound, follow-up, and getting the win.

  • You’re proactive, independent, and structured.

  • You’re sharp, articulate, and not afraid to challenge a prospect’s thinking.

  • You’re coachable, hungry, and allergic to excuses.

  • You thrive on goals and figure things out fast.

  • You want to join early, grow fast, and leave your mark.

  • You’re comfortable (and might have experience in selling towards DK, SE, NO and UK).

  • (Bonus) Have previous experience in B2B sales in a startup or scale-up.

  • (Bonus) Have previous experience working in HubSpot or a related CRM.


What we offer

  • Full-time or part-time (15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling).

  • Base salary + commission.
