Are you detail-driven, curious about business strategy, and excited by the idea of helping creative projects secure public funding?
POY Grants is looking for 1-2 ambitious interns to support our growing work in soft funding – from research and application writing to impact storytelling and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with our grant strategist on real cases involving startups, cultural initiatives, and green innovation.
About the Internship
This is an unpaid position designed to give you hands-on experience with funding strategy, grant writing, and public-sector innovation. You’ll help us identify opportunities, shape applications, and work with a wide range of businesses – from creative agencies to sustainability startups.
You’ll Work On:
Mapping relevant grant programs (Denmark + EU)
Researching sectors, case studies, and success models
Supporting grant application writing and editing
Creating presentation materials and project plans
Helping translate complex ideas into fundable concepts

What We’re Looking For:
You’re structured, curious, and good with both words and logic
You enjoy research and can synthesize complex information
You have strong writing skills (Danish or English – both is ideal)
You’re not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions
Bonus if you’re familiar with design, sustainability, or cultural sectors
Details:
Unpaid internship (can be tailored for school credit)
2-3 days per week (flexible setup, remote-friendly)
Based in Copenhagen (with occasional in-person sessions)
Immediate or rolling start
