Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Full Stack Developer to work directly with the founder (non-technical) to lead the build of the first functional MVP. This is a project-based role with potential to evolve into a CTO position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement the app backend and frontend, integrating with pre-designed UI components

• Set up secure user data handling and storage, in line with privacy and modularity best practices

• Integrate AI models for conversational interaction (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs)

• Collaborate on designing and optimizing multi-agent prompt workflows

• Build session memory structure to support personalized coaching over time

• Lay foundational work for possible multi-user (couples) sessions

Ideal Profile

• Proficient in full stack development (preferably with Python and modern web/mobile frameworks)

• Experience or strong interest in conversational/agentic AI systems

• Able to translate conceptual product vision into practical technical architecture

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders

• Independent, proactive, and structured in project execution

Working Conditions

• Remote work with flexible hours; partial overlap with CET time zone preferred

• 2–3 month project-based engagement

• Compensation: 25,000 DKK/month

• Equity compensation and a potential CTO-track are options for the right candidate, to be discussed following a successful initial collaboration
