Think top lists, member spotlights, case studies, hiring trends, data reports, etc… As our first marketing hire, you’ll report to the CEO and take the lead on this new and incredibly exciting initiative. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Growth Hacking: This is a build-from-scratch role, where you’ll flex your creativity to craft engaging content that resonates with founders, HR leaders and talent across the Nordics (and beyond). Mediums, channels, tools, resources - you choose. We have access to a podcast studio if that peaks your interest ;)
AI-Powered Content Scaling: Quantity > Quality (in the early days). You’ll lean heavily into AI tools to produce a large volume of decent-quality content. You'll spend the majority of your time producing written content, but whether it's blog posts, reports, or social media content, you’ll use AI to streamline production while maintaining creativity and relevance.
Marketplace Relationship Building: Every piece of content you create will be strategically designed to either attract startups to the platform or help candidates land their dream roles at fast-growing startups. A deep understanding and facination with both sides of our marketplace - startups and talent - will be crucial.
You’re passionate about AI and believe it will unlock human potential in ways we can’t yet fully imagine.
You’re already comfortable using AI tools in your work or studies and have explored AI-driven content generation.
With 1-2 years of experience in content marketing - whether through your job or as a personal hobby (perhaps even managing your own blog) - you have a solid foundation to build on.
You’re eager to build a career in AI-first digital marketing, with a specific interest in branding and SEO, particularly the increasing role of LLMs in driving search traffic.
You’re highly independent, self-motivated, and thrive on taking ownership of projects without the need for constant oversight or micromanagement.
You’re a creative problem solver who excels in fast-paced, startup environments and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities.
