We’re looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our R&D team and help shape the data infrastructure that powers data-driven decision-making across Dreaminfluence. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and scaling our internal data architecture to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.

About the Job

As a Data Engineer at Dreaminfluence, you’ll play a central role in shaping and scaling the data infrastructure that powers decision-making across the business. You’ll join our R&D team and work closely with stakeholders from multiple departments, including product, finance, marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure our data is clean, accessible, and actionable.

We already have a strong foundation in place, but we’re growing fast, and so are our data needs. That’s where you come in.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into high-quality datasets used across the company.

  • Building scalable ETL/ELT processes to support both real-time and batch data workflows, ensuring consistent data flow from ingestion to reporting.

  • Enhancing data discoverability and access by designing intuitive, well-documented data models that business users and analysts can trust and explore.

  • Improving the performance and scalability of our existing data infrastructure by optimizing queries, storage, and pipeline execution for large and growing datasets.

  • Driving best practices in data governance and quality, including monitoring, validation, and alerting for data anomalies or inconsistencies.


The perfect candidate also brings some of the following (nice to have, but not required):

  • Experience with statistics and/or machine learning

  • Familiarity with SaaS business KPIs

  • Prior experience with the HubSpot and Chargebee APIs


You’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the way Dreaminfluence uses data, shaping internal reporting and enhancing product features.


Our current data stack includes:

  • A Databricks-based data lake built on top of AWS

  • Python (Pandas, numpy, PySpark) for data processing, transformation, and scripting

  • SQL for data modeling and exploration
