We are seeking a dynamic and creative BizDev to join our team in the Copenhagen office to help drive our sales initiatives to new heights. You will be one of the early sales hires at Fullview, hence have the chance to work directly with Daniel, our CEO. Your main responsibility will be to accelerate sales by building and managing a strong outbound pipeline through channels like LinkedIn, phone, and email outreach.
What You Will Work On
Own the first stage of our sales process by engaging in proactive prospecting and outreaches (one-to-one and at scale)
Conduct initial conversations with decision-makers and spark interest in our product offering
Respond to early-stage customer inquiries, filter promising leads, and schedule follow-up meetings for our sales team
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to continuously improve our outreach and sales processes
Maintain and update CRM data to ensure a smooth, efficient, and transparent sales pipeline
Research target companies and key stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging
Experiment with and optimize outreach strategies across email, phone, and social channels to improve conversion rates
What else we need help with
Build a competitor battlecard library: Research Fullview’s closest competitors and build concise battlecards: key features, weaknesses, pricing, GTM style.
AI & CX Trend Watch: Curate and summarize news or content weekly around AI in customer support and B2B SaaS – kind of like a mini newsletter, used for team and customer alignment.
Fluent/native English (bonus: a second European language)
Previous startup experience is a big plus, but not a must
A strong personal drive to build meaningful relationships with new people
Outgoing personality, willing to pick up the phone, enjoy sales
Genuine interest in and curiosity about AI and customer support
Have a “customer first mindset” and want to put your skills to use in a highly driven, supportive and collaborative organization
