We’re looking for a sharp, fiery, and visionary Full Stack Developer to join as Co-Founder and take full ownership of our tech future. If you live for media innovation, love choosing the right tools for the job, and can architect scalable, data-smart platforms — this is your ticket.

🚀 Your Role:

As Co-Founder & Tech Lead, you'll:

• Co-develop the tech vision with the CEO and lead its execution.

• Own the entire platform roadmap, architecture, and tech stack.

• Choose and implement best-in-class tools and technologies for video performance, scalability, and innovation.

• Build and optimize a data-first infrastructure with a focus on streaming and AI.

• Take the wheel in product/tech strategy, execution, and long-term value creation.

• Participate in fundraising and investor conversations when the time is right.

• Ready to dive in and deliver — with the opportunity to buy into the company and become co-founder after 3-6 months of proven collaboration. You buy a ticket - you build the rocket!

👀 You Are:

• A media-tech native fluent in HLS/DASH, adaptive streaming, CDN architecture, etc.

• Full stack fluent (Node.js, Next.js, React, TypeScript or similar).

• Deeply experienced in data infrastructure and system design.

• Familiar with AdTech/MarTech — especially video engagement metrics and branded content.

• Naturally disruptive — you don’t just tweak, you build new paradigms.

• A clear communicator and builder who thrives in ambiguity and startup chaos.

• Eager to lead and grow something that’s bigger than yourself.

• Built platforms for video, CMS, marketplaces — or want to.

• Understand the current digital revenue streams — and want to disrupt them.

• Interested in AI-driven content recommendation, metadata analysis, or serverless systems.
