As Strategy & Operations Associate, you will operate across the full scope of the business, wherever support, structure, or execution is needed. If it happens in the company, you will likely play a part.
You will work as the right hand to our Operations Lead, helping to maintain and strengthen every part of the business as we grow. This is a core role for someone who wants to understand the full picture of how a company scales, and be trusted to help build it. Your role will evolve with the pace of our growth, giving you exposure across all major parts of the business. This includes finance, commercial operations, people operations, procurement, office operations, legal contracting, and supply chain support, with some tasks on the lowest level of “getting shit done”, and other’s on providing insights to guide strategic direction.
- Work closely with the Operations Lead on a range of strategic and operational priorities.
- Help execute on internal projects to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency across teams, and drive smarter decision-making.
- Prepare analyses and improve business cases to advise leadership.
- Identify operational challenges and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
- Step into urgent priorities and execution needs as they arise.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related analytical field.
