We are looking for a curious, self-driven, and motivated individual to join our Sales team as a Part-Time/Student Business Development Representative (BDR) in Copenhagen. You will be part of our EMEA Sales team, reporting to Matteo Pasquato, Lead BDR, and working closely with an Account Executive covering the Swedish region.
The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be right at the front line of our sales efforts—starting conversations, uncovering needs, and opening doors for our Account Executives in the Nordics, with a special focus on Sweden.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our potential customers, so we’re looking for someone who’s confident, curious, and genuinely excited about helping others discover how Cludo can enhance their digital experience. This role is a great fit if you’re eager to grow your career in sales and want to be part of a collaborative, energetic team that’s all about learning and growing together. You'll work closely with our Lead BDR and the broader sales team—mostly from our beautiful Copenhagen office—so being here in person will help you hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running outbound sales campaigns in Sweden
Proactively identifying potential customers and starting meaningful conversations
Staying informed about market trends, new services, and customer needs
Contributing to marketing initiatives—both digital and in-person in Sweden
Setting up meetings between prospects and our Account Executives
Creating new sales-qualified opportunities for our Swedish Account Executive

You're comfortable and confident navigating conversations with multiple stakeholders

You're fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken
You're a strong communicator in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Speak an additional Scandinavian/ European language, but not mandatory.
