Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and evolve the Optimise product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs.
Market & Competitor Research: Continuously assess market trends, customer segments, and competitors to inform product decisions.
Product scoping: Align requirements early on with sales and our customers by constructively moderate scoping workshops.
Go-to-Market Leadership: Partner with marketing and sales to shape go-to-market strategies and messaging that resonate with our target customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align on priorities and ensure seamless delivery.
Documentation & Communication: Fill gaps in product documentation, positioning, and internal product education materials.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or similar technical field.
Experience:
Min. 2 years of proven experience in the eMobility sector as a full-timer or as a student—ideally in commercial EV charging, fleet electrification, or energy management systems
Technical Knowledge:
Knowledgeable in EV charging infrastructure technologies and technology stacks.
Understanding of EV smart charging, load management concepts and energy management based on e.g. stationary batteries and solar systems.
Project Management:
Skilled in cross-functional project coordination and general project management methods.
Able to manage both external implementation projects and internal development efforts.
