As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll be at the centre of our largest customer relationships. This isn’t just sales – it’s strategic partnership. You'll lead tender processes, own the end to end sales process, manage pilot programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive the expansion and rollout of our most important enterprise customers.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, is comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, and enjoys acting as the connective tissue between customer vision and internal execution.
🔹 Strategic Account Ownership
Drive the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial qualification through pilot to full-scale rollout
Build deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Serve as the voice of the customer internally and coordinate our efforts to ensure delivery
🔹 Pilot Projects & Rollouts
Design and manage pilot project execution, ensuring measurable success criteria are met
Lead strategic account expansion planning and coordinate phased rollouts
Align closely with Customer Success and Product teams to deliver scalable deployments
🔹 Tender Management
Lead and coordinate complex tender processes
Liaise with internal stakeholders to build competitive, accurate responses
Manage timelines, documentation, and submission processes
🔹 Internal Collaboration & Process Optimisation
Act as the strategic point of contact between enterprise clients and Flexecharge’s internal teams
Identify areas for process improvement across the sales-to-deployment lifecycle
Maintain accurate pipeline and account insights in HubSpot
✅ Background in EV charging, energy, or e-mobility
✅ Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts in a B2B environment
✅ Strong project management skills – able to manage timelines, people, and expectations
✅ Experience with public or private tenders, including complex coordination
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Comfortable working across technical and commercial functions
✅ Self-starter mentality with a love for structure and clarity
✅ Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
