The role: 

As our IT Support you’ll join our growing Tech team, to support all our employees and provide them with a safe and frictionless IT environment.

Since we operate under a flexible remote model, this role is strategic in defining how our IT environment will meet the company’s and our employees’ needs at home and at the office, contributing to making it a great place to work. You’ll be responsible for the employee IT lifecycle and experience, as well as for the systems and services involved.

Last but not least, you’ll be part of a greater team since you will work closely with our Security, People, and Office organisations!

What You'll Do

  • Triage and Troubleshooting: Address IT-related questions and provide troubleshooting support for software and hardware issues faced by internal employees.

  • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with our Security and Compliance teams to ensure all endpoints adhere to specified requirements.

  • Process Improvement: Enhance the efficiency of IT procedures and systems by developing new processes or leveraging automation.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Finance and PeopleOps to optimise IT processes, including onboarding, off boarding, asset management, and procurement.

  • Travel: Occasionally travel to our other locations as needed, with a maximum frequency of once per quarter.


What You Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the following technologies: Google Workspace, GCP, Microsoft Entra ID, Jamf, Windows, Mac, 1Password, Unifi, scripting languages.

  • Service-Minded Approach: Friendly and helpful demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional service, even when support needs cannot be fully met.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and deliver results.

Location

We operate with a hybrid remote model this role is based in our Stockholm (HQ) office. To physically configure devices we thus need you to come in at least 3 times a week. The position will also include occasional trips to our office in Copenhagen and London.

At this time we are not able to offer relocation or VISA support for this position.

Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change.
