We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager @ Kanpla. You will be taking on a crucial role, supporting our growth in the Nordics to help us empower contract catering operators, combat food waste, and enhance customer experiences with some of the biggest Enterprises in the industry.

With our recent funding from a Dutch VC, we have been expanding across Europe in 2024, with major accounts in the UK and big plans to grow our international business areas. The International team now consists of 50 highly engaged rockstars. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to help us create the best customer experience in the Nordics and foster great digital contract caterer solutions.

In the position you will:

  • Be in charge of Implementation and onboarding of your client portfolio

  • Support our customer growth and success in our prime sectors.

  • Work with the leading and most innovative contract caterers and take ownership of mobilisations and operational set ups across the UK & Benelux.

  • Help develop and execute our Customer Success Strategy

  • Your main KPI's are NRR, New Net ARR and NPS


Who are we looking for?

As our new Customer Success Manager you will bring a motivated mindset and a skillful set of competences. We’re looking for:

  • A high level of ownership

  • An outgoing and energetic individual

  • Someone that loves a challenge and thrives on complexity

  • An eagerness to learn and develop

  • A high level of curiosity, and an explorative mindset

  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer success / Operations
