We’re looking for someone who can take raw, unpolished footage, mostly shot on iPhones by non-filmmakers and turn it into sharp, engaging short-form videos for TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
The content will vary a lot: behind-the-scenes moments, team meetings, random observations, and events. Your job is to spot the story, shape it, and tailor it for each platform with the right overlays, edits, and energy.
This is a part-time gig to start with. If the content gains real traction, there’s definitely potential to turn it into something more long-term and steady.
It’s a big plus if you can also film occasionally, coming to events or meetings to catch moments we might otherwise miss.
Who you are
You’ve got solid video editing skills and a creative eye for storytelling. You’re comfortable working with scrappy footage and turning it into something people want to watch. You probably know your way around design tools, too, or at least how to make a video look like it belongs on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Sound interesting?
